A friend asked me tonight, what is the impossible request the universe is asking of you? And amazingly, I’m actually a couple weeks in to figuring out how to answer this request, because it’s no longer seemingly impossible. The universe’s impossible request? I took my parents to see a City Circus show, Kamikaze Heart, where one of my fellow June Jordan artists in residence performed (and hooked me up with comp tickets!).
